Gin & Wink

It's Friday night and I'm on my way home ready to enjoy the drink of choice to accompany a homemade slice of pizza. The famous Gin & Wink. While I'm not sure how famous it actually is, in fact most people I mention it to have never heard of it...that why I felt the need to share.

The creation of the drink relies heavily on Wink, which can sometimes be hard to come by. C-plus Wink is a citrus based soda beverage that it not as sweet as most carbonated drinks. Which is the reason my husband and I enjoy this drink on a regular basis and now so can you.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Gin (my fabourite is Bombay Sapphire)

1 can C-Plus Wink

1/4 of a Lime plus 1 slice

Directions:

1. Begin by measuring 2 oz. of gin into a highball glass.

2. Squeeze lime juice into glass.

3. Pour wink into glass.

4. Garnish with a slice of lime.

5. Sit back and RELAX!
